In the event you qualify for a refund 4CornersUSA can only refund purchase amount minus Paypal (Credit Card Processing Service) fees which are now approx. thirty three cents per dollar. For example purchases of $25 dollars would only receive a refund of approx. $16.75.

Our link on your website must tell users where they are going and not fooled into clicking our link. These type of actions damage the goodwill, reputation, and intentions of 4CornersUSA and any type of action damaging these traits will not be tolerated!

You agree and understand that 4CornersUSA, it's parent company TR Enterprises & 4cws.com or it's representatives, is in no way responsible for any damages if any occur to your website such as unwanted traffic audience, loss of revenue, and or any unwanted change. This includes any and all direct or indirect damages.

Your website can not contain any illegal material deemed so by United States laws. This will be decided by 4CornersUSA on case by case bases, because lets face it, its illegal to spit on the sidewalk in some cities.

Our link from your website must be accessible after landing on your home page. This means I should be able to click on links to navigate my way to the 4CornersUSA Link from the homepage.

Our link on your website can not be intentionally located where visitors will never find it. If you are a link exchange partner and we do not benefit from your website we reserve the right to remove your link from our website without notice though we will probably notify you anyway.

If you purchase a text link you are only bound to have appropriate approved material on your website.
